Terms and Conditions
Please take time to read through our Terms and Conditions thoroughly and ensure you understand them before you commence with Nikki Jane Design. By requesting designs and/or services from Nikki Jane Design you agree to our Terms and Conditions and you are aware that you are entering a binding contract where payment is required.
Payment for all jobs is required in full before job commencement, unless a special agreement is arranged prior.
No refunds available.
Approving Proofs/ Designs/Printing
The Client is held responsible for approving all Artwork proofs and ensuring accuracy and suitability. This includes, but is not limited to; design, spelling, grammar, illustrations, images and quantity. It is the responsibility of the Client to request another copy if the proof is difficult to read or changes are required.
Ownership of copyright over all concepts and draft Artwork remains with Nikki Jane Design. This includes, but is not limited to; logos, symbols, compositions and copy. Unlawful use of these Artworks by the Client is strictly prohibited. The use of Artwork prior to payment is illegal.

Artwork designed will remain the property of Nikki Jane Design until account is paid in full.
Upon full payment of account and approval of artwork, copyright ownership will be transferred to the Client. Nikki Jane Design retains the right to utilise Artwork and all design elements for portfolio/self-promotion.
Nikki Jane Design reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and conditions at any time.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
