How do I know you are the right designer for me?

If you are looking for an ambitious and creative individual that produces quality work with a personal touch, you have come to the right place!


I offer a few different price structures: 

~ An hourly rate, paid weekly or monthly depending on the quantity of work undertaken.

~ A per-job or package quoting system. 

These pricing structures can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Do you design websites?


However I can create graphics for your website and point you in the right direction.

What if I need to cancel once we have started?

If there is a change of circumstances or the work I am producing is not for you, you may cancel at anytime as long as you pay for the work I have already done. There is no refund on deposits. You can find more information regarding termination in the Terms and Conditions below.

I think you are too cheap or I think you are too expensive!

Believe me when I say I get both of these responses. Remember that good graphic design is an investment in your business or product. You are making your business look professional and trustworthy, and attracting the right people.

My prices are what I’m comfortable with based on my regular clients and my expenses.

How does your process work?

I have a tight deadline. Can you help?

Yes. I offer out-of-hours services’ as long as the brief is comprehensive and the lines of communication stay open. Any work requested on a weekend or public holiday will incur a fee.  

I'm not sure what I am after?

No problem. If you are unsure what you are after, I can send you a questionnaire that will help us create a well rounded brief. I will use the brief as a basis to quote and start the design. As the design progresses, the brief can be altered or tweaked to pin point your needs and develop your ideas further. 

What's the best way to contact you?

Via this website or by email is the best and quickest way to contact me. As I am a sole trader, I am normally busy working on a project or in client meetings, which means I am unable to pick up the phone when people call. 

The boring stuff....Terms and Conditions


Please take time to read through my Terms and Conditions thoroughly and ensure you understand them before you commence with Nikki Jane Design. By requesting designs and/or services from Nikki Jane Design you agree to our Terms and Conditions and you are aware that you are entering a binding contract where payment is required.



Payment for all per-job quotes is required in full before job commencement, unless a special agreement is arranged prior.
Payment for invoices issued weekly or monthly are to be paid within 7 days, unless a special agreement is in place.


There is No fee for cancellations.
No refunds available.

Approving Proofs/ Designs/Printing

The Client is held responsible for approving all Artwork proofs and ensuring accuracy and suitability. This includes, but is not limited to: design, spelling, grammar, illustrations, images and quantity. It is the responsibility of the Client to request another copy if the proof is difficult to read or changes are required.

Changes to approved artwork

Additional work on artwork that has already been approved will be charged at the standard hourly rate.


Ownership of copyright over all concepts and draft Artwork remains with Nikki Jane Design until account is paid in full. Upon full payment of account and approval of artwork, copyright ownership will be transferred to the Client. Nikki Jane Design retains the right to utilise Artwork and all design elements for portfolio/self-promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: logos, symbols, compositions and copy. Unlawful use of these Artworks by the Client is strictly prohibited. The use of Artwork prior to payment is illegal. For more information visit

Nikki Jane Design reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and conditions at any time.



All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
